Clinic - Appointment Policy

At Indi Skin, your appointment time with Cynthia is reserved just for you. We kindly ask that you provide sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so your appointment can be offered to someone else in need of care.

Please note the following cancellation fees apply when making your appointment at Indi Skin:

🔸 More than 24 hours’ notice
No cancellation fee applies.

🔸 Late Cancellation Fee (12–24 Hours Notice)
50% of the consultation fee will be charged.

🔸 Late Cancellation Fee (<12 Hours Notice)
100% of the consultation fee will be charged.

🔸 Missed Appointment Fee (No Show)
100% of the consultation fee will be charged.

You will receive a reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment, but it is your responsibility to manage your booking. Missed or late-cancelled appointments directly impact the clinic and other patients who are waiting for care. Thank you for your understanding and respect for this policy.
