Refund policy

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on skincare and personal care products. Once opened, products are no longer sterile and cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons, no exceptions will be made. If you are unsure which products will suit you, please book a Telehealth consult where Cynthia and her team will be able to advise you of the best products for your skin.
