Only 20 spots per session — once they're gone, they're gone until next month.

This training is for you if...

  • Your skin flares, flushes or reacts to products that are supposed to be "gentle"
  • You've been told you have rosacea, redness-prone or reactive skin
  • You've tried a dozen serums and moisturisers and nothing seems to help for long
  • You want a simple, natural routine you can actually stick to — not another 10-step regimen
  • You're curious about gua sha and facial massage but don't know where to start, or whether it's safe for sensitive skin

What you'll learn in the hour

This is a two-technique training — you'll get equal time on both, so you can follow along whether or not you own a gua sha tool.

1. The Gua Sha Technique

How to hold and angle your tool, the correct pressure and direction for reactive skin, and the sequence Dr Cynthia uses to support circulation and a natural, plumped-up look — without dragging or irritating sensitive skin.

2. The Hands-Only Massage Technique

A no-tool-required facial massage sequence you can do anywhere, designed to help support lymphatic flow and ease tension that can make redness and puffiness more noticeable.

Plus: the right order to layer your skincare so your routine works with your skin's barrier instead of against it — and the specific ingredients and habits that tend to trigger reactive skin.

What's included — all free

  • The live 60-minute Zoom training with Dr Cynthia White, recorded so you still get value if you can't make it live — though the extras below are reserved for people who register.
  • A free 15-minute private telehealth skin consult with Dr Cynthia, before the session, so you walk in with a sense of your own skin's pattern rather than following a generic routine. Book your consult time here once you've registered.
  • The Skin Tracker & Health Diagnosis Journal — a downloadable guide to track your triggers, routine and progress over time, sent after you register.
  • A thank-you for showing up live — attendees get access to something extra on the call itself. You'll need to be there to get it.

Meet your host

Dr Cynthia White — Registered Nurse & Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Cynthia is the founder of Indi Skin and has spent her career working with Australian women whose skin reacts to mainstream products — particularly rosacea, redness and reactive, sensitive skin. She combines TCM diagnostic principles with practical, at-home routines, and hosts this training as an extension of the same approach she uses in her telehealth consultations.

Frequently asked questions

Can gua sha help with rosacea or redness-prone skin?

Gua sha is a traditional facial massage technique that some people use as part of a broader skin routine to support circulation and reduce the appearance of puffiness and tension. It is not a medical treatment and does not cure, treat or guarantee any change to rosacea or any other skin condition. If you have diagnosed rosacea or another skin condition, speak with your GP or dermatologist before starting a new routine.

Is facial massage safe for sensitive or reactive skin?

Technique and pressure matter more than the tool itself. This training covers a lighter-pressure approach suited to reactive skin, including how to recognise when your skin needs a gentler touch or a break from massage altogether.

Do I need a gua sha tool to join?

No. The training covers a full hands-only massage technique as well as the gua sha routine, so you can follow along either way.

What happens in the free 15-minute skin consult?

It's a short telehealth conversation with Dr Cynthia to talk through your skin's history and current routine. It's an introductory TCM skin consultation, not a medical diagnosis appointment, and is designed to help you get more out of the live training.

Is this only for people with rosacea?

No — it's built with rosacea-prone and redness-prone skin front of mind, but the routine and skincare-layering principles are relevant to anyone with sensitive or reactive skin.

How do I register, and is it really free?

Yes, it's completely free. Add "Redness Reset 101" to your cart from this page and complete the $0 checkout — that's your registration. Places are capped at 20 per month.

What if I can't attend live?

You'll still receive the training recording, the Skin Tracker & Health Diagnosis Journal, and your consult booking link. The live-only extra is reserved for people who attend on the day.

This training is educational and general in nature. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing shared is a guarantee of any particular result for rosacea, redness or any other skin condition. Please consult your GP or dermatologist regarding any diagnosed skin condition.
